Tony Fernandez has did it again. This time around with a prepaid Visa card. It functions just like a Visa Debit Card. The difference is that the Tune Money Prepaid Visa card does not require you to have a bank account. It is preloaded with money through its partner such as CIMB and Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).
